Not all grant application submissions will result in a grant award from the Different Needz Foundation. Grants are awarded at the sole discretion of the Different Needz Board of Directors. We may contact you for further information throughout the process. The information provided by each applicant shall not be publicly distributed. The Different Needz Foundation may use this information for its own marketing purposes. By submitting this grant application, each applicant consents to permit the Different Needz Foundation to deliver marketing materials and other information to their attention, regardless of whether the grant is awarded to said applicant. This grant and application shall be governed under the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes that may arise from this grant and application shall be venued in the Court of Common Pleas, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. If any portion of the rules for this grant or application should be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. Time is of the essence.
